Established in 1986 by founder-director Lt. Guru Manju Malkani, Dharitri Kala Kendra is one of the oldest and leading Kathak Dance schools in the state.

It aims to promote and preserve the art in its true form and create art- awareness amongst the students as well as provide a nurturing environment for budding artists and scholars of performing arts .

Respecting the age-old Guru-Shishya Parampara the school focuses on strengthening the connection with our own roots, cultural values, and heritage.

It offers courses and degrees in Kathak Dance (Lucknow Gharana) for beginners, intermediate and advanced level.

The school welcomes dance lovers and students of all age groups, backgrounds, and gender identities.
