In 1976 Natya Tarangini, was founded in the National Capital Region, by world renowned Kuchipudi Dance duo Raja Radha Reddy. Soon along with their dancing family, they run this institution with personal care and dedication with the sole aim to uphold Indian Culture Traditions and Heritage.

Natya Tarangini {Kuchipudi Gurukulam} – Raja Radha Reddy

Kuchipudi dance tells the universal story with mime, expression, body movements and footwork patterns. It is a unique style amongst the classical dances of India.

This dance is a combination of Tandava (the majestic, masculine) and and Lasya (lyrical graceful and feminine energy). It is a combination of Natya Dharmi (conventional movements) and Loka Dharmi (realistic movements), giving the dancer the freedom to completely embody the character they display.
